Autograph Letter Signed, as Assistant Quarter Master General, to the Quarter Master General of the Forces, saying that he is commanded by the Duke of Cambridge to permit the Blackheath Local Militia to assemble at Blackheath “for the purpose of training at Exercise”. 1 page 9 x 7 inches, in good condition. Horse Guards, 29 April 1811. Major-General Sir Thomas Richard Dyer served in Flanders (1793), Egypt (1800-01) and Spain (1808).
