A good one page example 7 x 4 inches, tipped on to part album page. 7 Boulevard Beausejour, 7 November 1910. Paul Margueritte, (1860-1918), as his brother Victor Margueritte, was born in Algeria, the son of General Jean Auguste Margueritte (1823-1870), who was mortally wounded in the Battle of Sedan. An account of his life was published by Paul Margueritte as Mon père (1884; enlarged ed., 1897). The names of the two brothers are generally associated, on account of their collaboration.
