Undated. A rare pair of matching covers, perfect for display, signed by Queen Victoria (reigned 1837-1901) and Albert Prince Consort (died 1861). They are addressed to the 1st Earl Russell (1792-1878), known as Lord John Russell, statesman, Prime Minister (1846-52, 1865-66).
