Autograph Letter Signed, to G.R.Kinloch, asking for “a copy of your Maitland contribution, from which I expect to derive great amusement”. 1 page 7 x 5 inches, with the address leaf, some blemishes and tears, residue from former mounting. George Street [Edinburgh], 26 March 1832. Thomas Thomson (1768-1852), jurist and legal antiquary, close associate of Jeffrey and other projectors of the Edinburgh Review, friend of Sir Walter Scott.
