Autograph Letter Signed, to Miss Baker, about her picture, with a small illustration of the supports to put in the wall. 2 pp. 10 x 8 inches, traces of former mounting along upper edge on verso, otherwise good. 26 August 1913. Sir Francis (“Frank”) Owen Salisbury (1874-1962), artist who specialised in portraits, large canvases of historical and ceremonial events, stained glass and book illustration. “This is a glorious coast for sketching. I have discovered some more wonderful caves, which I think means another Academy picture.”
