Autograph Letter Signed, to G.D.Tomlinson, explaining that Richardson has not taken a Pupil for four years, and can no longer make such arrangements. 3 pp. 7 x 4 inches, in good condition. 12 Porchester Terrace, Hyde Park, 16 November 1863. Thomas Miles Richardson Jr. (1813-1890), painter. He moved to London in 1846, having been elected as an associate of the old Society of Painters in Watercolours in 1843. He was elected a member in 1851. He made extensive tours of Highland scenes and views in the Swiss and Italian Alps were amongst his favourite subjects.
