Vicente Pazos Kanki (1779-1852), politician, writer, journalist and religious, who participated in Argentine and Bolivian politics. In 1829 , the president of Bolivia , Marshal Andrés de Santa Cruz , appointed him ambassador to London, and he held that post until his fall in 1838. The newspaper accusations “are calculated to prejudice me with my Government when they arrive in Lima”.
