Autograph Letter Signed, discussing the Reduction of the Second Battalion. 1 page 9 x 7½ inches, in good condition, integral blank leaf. 16 June 1814. General Sir William Keppel (d.1834), Governor of Martinique (1796-1802) during the British occupation. In 1827 he became Governor of Guernsey.
