Autograph Letter Signed ‘Wang Tuon-Chung”, to Sir Joshua Rowe [Chief Justice of Jamaica] in Spanish-Town, explaining at length why he was unable to call on Sir Joshua, wishing him and Lady Rowe “your safe arrival in your native land and your future enjoyment of health and prosperity”. 2 pp. 7 x 4 inches, in good clean condition, with the address panel, neatly mounted on part of an old album leaf.
