Autograph Letter Signed, to the Revd. Richard Roberts, asking him to attend Holden’s daughter’s wedding. 2 pp. 7 x 4 inches, in good condition, remains of tape where formerly mounted. Oakworth House, 13 July 1866. Sir Isaac Holden, 1st Baronet (1807 – 1897), inventor and manufacturer, who is known both for his work in developing the Square Motion wool-combing machine and as a Radical Liberal Member of Parliament.
