A series of six Autograph Letters Signed, to Sir Spencer Ponsonby-Fane, agreeing to show him his pictures, thanking him for tickets, etc. 8 pp. 7 x 4½ inches, in good condition. c.1886-1890. Sydney Prior Hall (1842-1922), painter of Court ceremonials, accompanied the Prince of Wales on his visit to India in 1875-6. He was commissioned by Macmillans to illustrated Tom Brown’s Schooldays. 60
