Autograph Letter Signed, to Edmond Courgues[?], referring to literature and politics. In French. 1 page 9 x 7 inches, in good condition, with the address leaf. 21 September 1832. Henri Fonfrède (1788 in Bordeaux – 1841), French orator, publicist and economist. He made his name as a publicist defending liberal ideas in Bordeaux’s main newspaper under the Bourbon Restoration. He was the son of Jean-Baptiste Boyer-Fonfrède.
