Autograph Letter Signed, to H.Weekes, RA, thanking him for “the beautiful African Venus”, offering to call upon him in Pimlico to make payment. 1 page 7 x 4 inches, some light surface creasing, otherwise good. Bayswater, 3 January 1860. Thomas Creswick (1811 –1869), landscape painter and illustrator, and one of the best-known members of the Birmingham School of landscape painters.
