Autograph Letter Signed, to Mr. I.Warren, Royston, discussing the provision of articles for the “Royston Crow”. 3 pp. 7 x 4 inches, some paper adhering to the blank verso where formerly mounted. Tottenham, 19 June 1855. Uncommon. Henry Tracey Coxwell (1819-1900), aviator, author of A Knight of the Air, and My Life and Balloon Experiences. He made some of his ballooning ascents from Tottenham Green. In 1863, in company with Henry Negretti, he made the first aerial trip in England for purposes of photography.
