Document Signed by Kennedy as Governor of Queensland, countersigned by Arthur Hunter Palmer, appointing Frederick Waymouth Gibbs to serve on the Commission to enquire into the management of the office of the Agent-General for Queensland in London. Together with an Autograph Letter Signed by Gibbs, to Sir Arthur Hunter Palmer, acknowledging the thanks of the Government of Queensland for his work [23 December 1881]. Vellum 12 x 17 inches, folded, in very good clean condition, Queensland seal affixed. Government House, Brisbane, 1 December 1880. Frederick Waymouth Gibbs (1821-1898), Barrister and tutor to Edward VII.
