Rutt (father-in-law of Serjeant Thomas Noon Talfourd, the judge, playwright and dedicatee of Pickwick), discussing the local parcels delivery company, suggesting Rutt uses a Fleet Street address instead. 1 page 7 x 4½ inches, in good condition, lower edge slightly ragged, with a complete autograph wrapper bearing a 4 margin Penny Black (black Maltese Cross cancellation), Ainsworth’s seal in red wax.
